Description:
Chinese foundry cokes are mostly produced from Beehive Ovens. Foundry cokes are mainly used in cupola furnaces due it’s big size and strong better holding up functions in the Cupola furnaces.
Foundry coke Features:
1, the particle size is moderate, the porosity is large, the absorption rate is fast, the absorption rate is high, and the absorption rate is higher than 90% according to the use method.
2,the chemical composition is pure, high carbon, low sulfur, harmful ingredients are extremely small, absorption rate is high. The sulfur content is low, less than 0.05%, lower 0.02%, nitrogen content is lower, 100ppm below.
3,product graphite crystal structure is good, improve the original iron liquid nucleation ability. In inoculation, the number of nodular graphite cast iron is increased, and graphite core is added to the furnace iron. The distribution of the refined and uniform fossil ink in the casting.
